How do I make a return?

The Tree Center requires all returns to be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving your order, at the customer’s expense. You would need to bring your order to your preferred shipping provider and follow their instructions from there. If I return my order, will I get a full refund?

Your order must be delivered to us in the same condition in which we shipped the product. Products that are not in re-sellable condition will not be granted a claim. Additionally, store credit will be issued after receipt of your products by The Tree Center, not a cash refund. The store credit issued will be based on the product price of the returned order. The Tree Center does not reimburse any shipping costs or warranty purchases.
